Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they are released. Full payment is required at the time of order. Once the item arrives from Japan (typically 1-3 months after the release date), we will ship it to you or notify you for pickup. Estimated arrival dates are provided by manufacturers and may be subject to delays.

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, pre-orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Manufacturing delays are unfortunately common in the collectibles industry. If your pre-order is delayed, we will notify you via email with the updated estimated arrival date. Your order remains secure, and you do not need to take any action. If you prefer to cancel due to a significant delay, please contact us.

Manufacturers provide estimated release dates, but these can change due to production issues, quality control, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control. We always update our customers as soon as we receive new information from our suppliers.

Yes, absolutely. All products sold by D.Monkey Inc are 100% authentic and officially licensed. We source directly from authorized Japanese distributors and manufacturers. We never sell bootlegs, counterfeits, or unlicensed products.

Scale figures are premium collectibles produced in limited quantities with exceptional detail, paint quality, and dynamic poses. They are typically 1/7 or 1/8 scale and cost SGD $100-$300+.

Prize figures (like Banpresto figures) are more affordable, mass-produced items designed for arcade prize machines. While still officially licensed, they have simpler designs and cost SGD $20-$50.

Nendoroids are a popular line of chibi-style figures produced by Good Smile Company. They feature interchangeable face plates, expressions, and accessories, allowing for customizable poses. They're approximately 10cm tall and are known for their adorable "super-deformed" proportions.

We do not typically stock replacement parts separately. However, if you receive a figure with a missing or broken part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement where possible.

We accept PayNow (Singapore), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For large pre-orders, bank transfer is also available upon request.

Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement (before they enter processing). Please contact us immediately at hello@d.monkeyinc.sg with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications are not possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. For store pickup orders, you will receive an SMS/email when your order is ready.

Yes! Our store is located at 277 Orchard Road, Orchard Gateway #B1-12, Singapore 238858. We're open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Come browse our collection, see figures in person, and chat with our team!

Orders for store pickup must be collected within 14 days of notification. After 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a store credit (minus a 10% restocking fee). Please contact us if you need an extension.
