2. Products & Pricing

• Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual item
• Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order:

• Full payment is required at the time of order for pre-orders
• In-stock items will be charged when your order is processed
• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

Accepted payment methods: PayNow, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are subject to the following conditions:

• Full payment is required to secure your pre-order
• Estimated arrival dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change
• Cancellations within 7 days of order are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations after 7 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee
• Pre-order items cannot be returned unless defective

• Free standard delivery on orders over SGD $150
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

6. Returns & Refunds

• Defective or incorrect items are eligible for full refund or exchange
• Change-of-mind returns must be unopened and within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
